Staff, room quality, very quiet and peaceful, room amenities in the kitchen.

Location is good. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was fine. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

They need to renovate the hotel. Its quite old building and needs a lot of upgrade.

Very poor

We were shown the room however after we got into the room the bed and bedding was so dirty that it put us off. How could they such dirty linen on the bed hence we checked out immediately. It was total loss of my money which was very disappointing.

Its a clean comfortable place. Spacious, good food and service

attention to detail like kettle not working phone not working, service levels need improvement. Plus their common areas like reception needs more mosquito repellants with fans. Also their lift is very old and needs a service and cleaning. Wear and tear is visible because of over use.

Just the location

They charged 4500 INR the first hotel I stayed where no tissues / no hair dryer / no washroom supplies when I asked they send me 4 tissue papers in hand.In these price even if you spend 1000- 1500 INR you will get the best hotels.

Great breakfast. Very helpful reception team who found me a single room despite my making a mistake in online booking. He understood it and offered his best. I wish I knew his name so I can thank him in person here.

Food, location and restaurant staff.

The rooms are old but clean.

The lift is old and works really slow. The place needs a whole new look and feel.

The front desk. Everytime I conversed with them I ended up for atleast 30 mins and check-in took an hour

I couldn't get hot water in the shower.There was one light in the common area in room 102 that wouldn't shut off as it was somehow rigged into the same plug as a table lamp which had its own switch and so could be turned on and off but on the second day the the bulb had died which didn't bother us and so I didn't report to the front desk.

Breakfast and staff were great. Location was accessible. Room was comfortable

The bathroom lock didn't work and the AC temperature was blocked.

The food is good although the menu is very limited and the boys in the restaurant are polite and get things done for you. The reception guy happily helped us for taking a set of printouts needed for us.

I stayed in this property five years back and the service and the property were good.. but this time it was a bad choice as the building is worn out and has maintenance issues and the sharp pesticide smell welcomed us into the room. The AC started leaking water and stopped completely in the middle of the night, and the telephone line was not working and we need to follow up multiple times for getting things done. The kettle was not working although we informed them and finally, we are forced to use the oven to boil water since no response from them. The laundry works in the morning only and forget it if u need anything done urgently with the laundry team. Definitely, the property manager needs training or motivation.. as we felt he is not keen to hear us out when we explained the above issues to him. will not stay again for sure as it is not worth considering the money we spent.

Waste of Money. Stuff was not helpful.

Even basic amenities like a floor mat was not provided. The washroom tap was not working. The water bottle provided was very dirty. The door lock was broken.

no air conditioner in the sitting area and the air conditioners in the bedrooms are very old so difficult to operate.

The hotel need serious repairs and upgrade

Mosquitoes , noisy ac , shabby rooms ..the worse hotel I will rate ..

The hygiene in food and beverage outlets was appalling. Cockroach near the buffet counter. Tables not cleaned or sanitized after someone leaves.

Halcyon was better than I’d expected! I stayed in a 1bhk unit that I had all to myself - that amount of space at this price in this location is a fantastic deal!

The unit would get too cold inspite of much fiddling with AC consoles. Being able to add certain channel on cable (on payment) would be really great!

Super courteous staff and they assisted me with the checkin at very odd hour - 3 AM. The breakfast quality was good, with some scope of improvement. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helped me with my meals and were always eager for the feedback.. Big thanks to them. Every evening I would hang out with my partner around the swimming pool, which was very soothing and romantic. The location being odd, I was worried about the taxi for airport, which was promptly arranged by the staff at a reasonable price. Thank you very much Halcyon team.

I used to take the staircase to the ground floor as this seemed to be the easiest access for my room- I found the aisles and stairs unkept and dusty. The lift close to my room was not functional too..
